I am a Graduate in Civil Engineering with over 15 years of rich and relevant experience in the fields of Highway Engineering, Project Management/Contract Management for Major Road/Highway/ projects in terms of widening, strengthening, rehabilitation and maintenance etc. I have developed an expertise in the field of Design Review, Costing, Project Planning and Management, Construction Supervision, Quality Assurance, interpretation of contractand technical specifications and advising client in matterof issue of variation order/change of scope. My  duties include coordination with all other experts of the construction projects and reporting to the Team Leader and officers of PIU. I have direct responsibility of regulating the construction process like various activities like earthwork, Sub-base/base courses, bituminous pavement, bridge/culvert works proposed for being carried out under Stipulated specifications/manuals etc. with assistance from Highway Engineer and other Engineers/Personnel. In co-ordination with supporting staff, I controlled the construction process as per specification, to avoid later quality control problems. I alwayscoordinated other expertslike Material Engineer,Quantity Surveyor, etc. and regulatedtheir activities to ensure smooth functioning of the concerned Construction Package. I am responsible for ensuring road safety during construction and maintenance period of the project. I have a very good experience in checking and approving working drawings, and As-Built-Drawings, certifying interim payments, preparation of monthly progress reports; holding monthly & weekly progress review meetings with Employer and Contractor, finalizing the Contractor’s extra item claims and disputed items. Responsibility also included motivating entire team to achieve the desired objectives and target of the project. Well versed with latest construction methodologies & equipment’s. I am well aware of IRC Codes of Practices, MoRT&H & other international specifications for highwayengineering. I have also developedexpertise in modern construction technology and Project Management Tools.

 I have a very strong academic background and field experience in Civil Engineering and Road Construction Projects. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in First Division from a very reputed University, Nagpur India and I earned a Diploma in Civil Engineering as well.
