Experience

Reliance industries limited. (S&D Dept) as Commercial Executive under the payroll of Sun Facilicorp Pvt Ltd from Feb 2017 till present.
Planning the day to day dispatch of the TT’s and indent execution.
Commissioning of new dispatch units and hired terminal.
Commissioning of new product LDO (light diesel oil).
Handling the high fleet size of 139 Tanker Trucks (In different dimensions)  of 18 Transporters/Hauler’s and Market tank trucks along with 04 Supply locations. Based on the said set-up, served product to almost 89 Retail Outlets and more than 150 Active Bulk HSD Customers.
Processing the service entries for all the vendors and uploading invoices for further processing of payments.
Analyse and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability and reduce shipping cost. 
Has achieved more than the given MDP every month for the past year.
Timely crew analysis for performance monitoring by tracking in VTS technology. Route analysis and Hazardous zone Mapping and Verification.
Accomplish the daily upliftment as per the targeted sales plan without any pending indents in both business vertical (Retail Supply & Bulk Sales).
Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3P logistics providers and channel partners assisting yearly budget goals. 
Co-ordinating and maintaining a good relationship with all the vendors, retail outlets, Industrial customers in order to develop business operations. 
Supervising and maintaining a thorough record of all the TTs and documents of the TTs are up to date.
Coordinating with the concerned team for any SAP issues and resolving it within time to maintain the day to day work flow.
Perform GRN and maintains all stock records once issued.
Supervise a regulatory check on the TT operations and their dispatch.
Ordering for shipment of products and maintaining suitable inventory and stock levels as per sales.
Assist in audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals. 
Controls the entire process of the TT from the truck order linking to dispatching of the TT.
Works closely with Marketing, Sales and Strategy team to improve and maintain the technology as per growing market needs.
Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
Maintain customer satisfaction to achieve Business and Q&Q proposition by continual improvement of processes with nil complaints.
Closely work with OMC customer’s, M/s. Shell India Marketing, M/s Nayara energy ltd together enhanced the safety standard in the field.
Supervise and conduct Periodic training for crews, driver syndicates, safety & knowledge sharing meeting and medical check-up camp for tank truck crews. 
Maintains and has a clear record of all the TT locking systems.
Has Basic knowledge of Jetty and shipment operations.
Maintains and checks the quantity and quality of the product to be dispatched on daily basis.
RACO General Transport EST. Abu Dhabi, UAE as Deputy Administrative Officer and transport management from Dec 2013 to Dec 2015
Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions and developing reporting procedures. 
First person of contact for the management officials and clients to provide the required information for their queries.
Arrange and organize In-Board meetings and departmental meetings and sending invitations for the meeting.
Maintaining a thorough record of the trip sheets of tankers.
Maintains the RTKM and freight records for each trip.
Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies. 
Provides services without any delay on delivery for the customers by Co-ordinating with tanker crew.
Supervise and track the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Performing a daily inspection and reconciling of the warehouse and stores.
Prepare agendas for the meeting and take notes if required and Co-ordinate with the concerned staff and collect the employee requirement for the task and supervise the work progress and completion of the task and report to the management.
Address all the employees concerns in accordance with the company policies and government regulations.
Co-ordinating with the customers about their satisfaction in the provided service and maintain good relationship with the customers.
Control all documents and agreements and maintained report and assisted accountant in accounts department. like maintaining expenses, petty cash, Budget framing, preparing invoices and maintaining invoices, expenses tally report.
Assist the HR Dept. in Head hunting and focusing on talent acquisition to identify the suitable candidates.
Shell Credit Management Systems as IT Support Officer from Mar 2012 to Nov 2013 providing IT support and desktop support to all the users. 
Installing operating systems and configuring the peripherals, components and drivers
Responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication network (LAN & WAN) 
To ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users
Provide helpdesk assistance in hardware and software related problems.
Perform troubleshooting and back up of server.
Assist in user management. (Adding and deleting users from AD, Working with emails, etc.).
