  • CRPO #86 for JAFURAH Development Program Condensate Terminal

The project scope of work consists of detailed engineering design (Issued for Construction), procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of the new jacket and topsides platform, pipelines, submarine cable, PLEM-37, and SPM-37. The onshore scope associated with this BI including new condensate storage tanks, shipping, booster pumps etc. 

  • CRPO 54 for Two (2) SFNY PDMs upgrade, Three (3) new PDM one (1) single well upgrades and associated facilities in SFNY Field

 The upgrade includes electrification and installation of the facilities required to support along with associated Cables, ICCP Anodes & topside terminations. New 15 kV composite submarine cable from Existing Tie-in Platforms to each of the PDMs SFNY 626, 636, 1150 & 1500

  • LTA for Offshore Facilities Five (5) SSS Production Deck Modules (PDMs) in SAFANIYA and BRRI Fields with Associated Pipelines & Cables.
  • Saudi Aramco-LTA for offshore facilities Eight (8) Safaniya Slipover Platforms with associated pipelines and cables (BI-10-02016)
  • Saudi Aramco-LTA for offshore Facilities Four (4) Safaniya Slipover Platforms with associated pipelines and cables (BI-10-01263)
  • Long term agreement (LTA) for offshore facilities CRPO for offshore Maintain potential facilities - Fabrication and Installation (SFNY, ZULF and BRRI SSS Decks & Topsides Tie-ins, Offshore pipelines, Submarine cables

  • Liaising and coordinating with other disciplines and project engineers on specific projects to ensure deliverables are produced to meet deadlines. 
  • Monitoring the progress in line with the E & I construction schedule and corrective action against any deviation
  • Generation of construction procedures, Method statements, Risk assessment &Job safety Analysis for specific projects in onshore/offshore Facilities.
  • Interfacing and coordinating with sub-contractors, sub suppliers, vendors and others service orders related to the projects
  • Prepare interface management plan and framework. Prepare interface co-ordination procedure.
  • Project Company interfaces (Drilling/Operations, etc.). Especially for well hook up material handover, Commissioning and special tool hand over as per Company requirement.
  • Project internal and external interfaces, with vendors, sub-contractor, third party service agents etc.
  • Raise interface agreements & reservation requests follow up for data and close out interface agreement
  • Evaluate the interface issue impacting project progress to management in the event response is delayed by other parties even though followed up regularly
  • Manage the HSE, cost, schedule, quality, project interfaces, integrity and contractual requirements of the project through effective planning in accordance with company procedures
  • Experienced in managing project interfaces with HSE, Stakeholders, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Variation, Communications, Procurement, etc. 
  • Experienced in managing & coordination with multidiscipline team of Engineers, Supervisors, designers, Procurement, material coordinators, QA/QC, construction, commissioning, HSE, planning, document control and project admin/support staff. 
  • Deep involvement in the executing the projects with major E&I systems like UPS , 6.6 kV / 15kV SWGR, MPFM, Chemical Injection package, Hydraulic Safety Shutdown System, DCS, ESD, F&G System, Nav Aid System & Other Multi Discipline Instrument sub system etc. .

2. Worked as Sr. Engineer( E & I) at Kazmunai services & contracting LLP Kazakhstan, for Kashagan offshore Construction Project, D-Island  (June 2011 to  July 2013)

 b) Worked as an Instrumentation Engineer in Two SAUDI ARAMCO BULK PLANT Projects those are located in Tabuk & Duba. Those are the extension projects of existing Loading and Unloading Arms #5, 6, 8,9,10

  • Detail engineering for E & I activities for the project.
  • Responsible for all instrument installations including junction boxes, local panels, cable trays
  • Supervision of cabling for the newly installed Instruments, glanding and termination.
  • Preparation of loop folders and providing assistance for loop checking.
  • Preparations of instrument calibration certificates and sign it
  • Ensure equipment erection & commissioning for safety critical items meets acceptable standards.
  • Undertake installation and commissioning of pneumatic and electronic instrumentation on field facilities(ESD/DCS/F&G)System
  • Audit Performance for onshore/ offshore execution process
  • Supervision on Impulse tubing, Air piping and leak test activities
