EXPERIENCE     IT Project Manager – EXPO2020 (UAE Dubai) – June/2021 to Actual

• Reporting to the Head of Technology Operations, I'm responsible for implementation and management of the IT deliverables in areas composed of multiple locations my focus is delivery of all zone IT operations within budget, timescales and Risk management under constant analysis.

 IT Operations Manager – HighEnd (BRA) - July/2020 to June/2021

• Responsible for managing the demands focused on the functional / business vision, defining, and monitoring the solutions, scope, Risk analysis, and functionality roadmap with a focus on value and results of deliveries, ensuring that deliveries will be agreed with the business areas. Acting as a focal point for IT matters and chairman of the information technology management committee

 Project Manager (VITM) – Aspirezone (JAP) – February/2020 to July/2020

• Responsible for the IT implementation planning of 3 arenas (Nippon Budokan, Kokugikan Arena, and Yoyogi National Stadium) within timescales, delivering evidence for implementation results, controlling changes, risks, and operational impacts, including KPIs.

Telecom Manager – Local organizing committee (BRA) – August/2018 to November/2019

• Responsible for the integration of 18 functional areas and the technology team of the facilities spread over for 5 locations, ITCC mentor, managing the portfolio of processes, risks, evidence, RFP, RFQ and deadlines, based on the ITIL methodology, organizing IT operations. Adequacy of LGPD as a pilot project in the treatment of personal information during games where it became a parameter for the next editions.

IT Manager – ABT (BRA) – Dezember/2016 – July/2018)

• Responsible for implementing the infrastructure technology solution and adapting the environment for critical high availability systems, with a tactical analysis and the new design of the complex's IT architecture, being the interface between the technology management committee and the functional areas, with support for operational infrastructure.

IT Project Manager – Atos (BRA) – April/2015 – October/2016

• Responsible for IT implementation plan, operations support, and dissolution for the Olympic Village, ensuring that the team was fully aware of their role and responsibilities to guide them to perform their role correctly. Formalization and negotiation of requirements with the Stakeholders, having participated in the strategic planning.

Project Manager (VITM) – Contax (BRA) – January/2013 – April/2015

• IT Manager responsible for the IT Solution and Media Solution, managing the equipment deploying, local help desk, and dissolution, making sure that all IT Requirements were attended by outsourced teams and Local Organizing Committee. Daily reports in the war room with all functional areas.
