Junior Architect

• Assist Civil Engineer on base field assessment and evaluate impact for possible assistance.
• Generate full construction drawings including zoning sheets, energy sheets with recheck calculations, schedules, reflective ceiling plans, framing plans, builder’s pavement plans and zoning diagrams.
• Render 3D drawings using SketchUp, AutoCAD and Lumion for client presentation
• Provide technical support (technical drawing, specification, scope of works using MS Project).
• Carry out technical assessment of existing building and infrastructure.
• Prepare drawings for all phases of design and construction Review engineering& architectural drawings.
• Design renovation, additions and new construction for a variety of clients from residential to light commercial.
• Represent the Architecture department on project designed and strategies on architecture work plan.
• Collaborate with the Registered Architect and clients to better understand their requirements.
• Research documents for analysis reports which will be used for design proposal.
• Resolve projects with objection from the government registered office.
• Perform site visits to take measurements and inspect project throughout completion. Be able to suggest/ recommend a strategic approach to deliver the work in a timely manner or if there are any inconsistencies.
• Gained experience in projectmanagement, generating drawings and attention to details to achieve modern appearance.
