As an instrumentation engineer, I have been involved with the design, development and support of the following documents:

Instruments and I/O Lists (DCS, ESD and F&G) Instrument calculations, Instrument data sheets, Material requisitions and Technical bid evaluations, Instrument design specifications, Logic diagrams, Review and comment P&ID for any control / interlock / safety related representations etc. Prepare & evaluates materials take off (MTO). Advise and support the HES department regarding safety studies (HAZOP/ SIL calculation).

Supervision of Inst. Installation, inspection, calibration, loop checking, site acceptance test( SAT) , punch list clearance system sign off, site modification as required at site condition, Co-ordination with vendor representative for special Inst./system checking/commissioning.

Responsible for creating and maintaining SAP database, making specifications for instruments to be purchased, reviewing quotes to insure correct instrument purchased.

Experience with Rosemount Radar Tank Gauging system (RTG) installation, commissioning, startup and troubleshooting.

Performing specification, procurement and installation of varies type of control valves.

Performing detailed EPC designs for continues emission monitoring system (CEMS)
