I have worked for 8 years in United Arab Emirates in food and beverages including administrative responsibilities. 3 years as Restaurant Supervisor and 5 years as Restaurant Manager. Results-Oriented employee specializing in Purchasing, staff training, maintaining stock levels, processing payroll for our branch, preparing reports to General Manager, meeting with clients/ contractors/ suppliers, inventories and marketing.  

• Responsible for handling the whole store. From staff, rosters, kitchen, products, suppliers, maintenance and ensuring the Restaurant is following the UAE Food hygiene standards, meeting with clients/contractors and suppliers.
