During the experience in the hotel industry I have gained knowledge on various hotel industry software’s, techniques and skills of customer service and telephone etiquettes. I was able to gain tremendous exposure in various dynamic multinational organisations and the ability to work well as part of a large team, which has provided me with the skills and experience required to succeed in the Hotel/ Tourism industry.

I am a recent postgraduate holding a Master’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Ulster University, Belfast city. I have obtained experience in the hotel industry served in United Arab Emirates, Goa- India, Maldives and Northern Ireland.
