Meenakshy Pradeep

I am a Buying and Merchandising executive with three years of experience in the Merchandising department. I’m interested in bringing my knowledge and skills in retail merchandising for high-profile sports teams and events into the role of Assistant Merchandiser. My proficiency in Excel gained from the last 6 years of university courses, internships, and back office work will allow me to bring excellence to your team. The Knowledge I gained from working in retail merchandising teams equips me to fulfill the responsibilities for merchandising activities, trading, and ensuring timely launch of products.

I have always been passionate about retail. I discovered this during my second year at the London College of Fashion. I displayed leadership potential with the PUMA collaboration project, where I also learned financial planning through KPIs. I used this knowledge when I joined Legends International as Buying and Merchandising Administrator. My responsibilities were flexible Involving everything from assisting in building range plans for Cricket Australia teams to running sales reports that indicate best and worst sellers for the Ryder Cup 2025 stock. I was also an integral part of the product building for the Ryder Cup 2023 and DPWT 2023 stock by managing the load in and load out for the event. I was also responsible for updating marketing trackers and sending exports to the e-commerce team for Shopify uploads. This allowed me to gain exposure to the concept to carrier bag process of a product.

On a personal level, the challenges and triumphs I faced during my years in London built resilience in me and I am ready to go the extra mile. I believe in getting on with things, especially when things get hard. For my next plan, I would like to execute merchandising activities to achieve maximum profit for a great team and strive for the organization's highest potential.
