Experienced Professional with a 8.5years demonstrated history of working in the Banking and Financial industry & Information Technology. I have worked on various risk and compliance portfolios like KYC, AML and also have experience in Credit Assessment of Personal Loans. I also have extensive working experience in Problem and Incident Management with an ITIL certification.   • Have 8+ years collaborating with international clients
  • Have experience 4+ years experience in working with Pega and Salesforce and 3+ years in working with Service now and Jira
  • Self-motivated and innovative professional with the ability to prioritize tasks and take quick decisions
  • Cross trained in Incident Management and MIM 
  • Good at communication and can manage an entire range of customers, employees, and staff members.
