1. As a seasoned educator, I have held various positions that have shaped my expertise in special education. I spent several years as a Special Needs Teacher in the Egyptian Ministry of Education, where I taught students with diverse learning needs, including deaf and hard of hearing individuals. During this time, I focused on providing speech therapy and teaching students how to effectively use technology to adapt and communicate within their community. My vocational training initiatives aimed to equip students with essential skills for independence.
2. Moreover, as the CEO of Spirit Kids Speech Center, I spearheaded early intervention programs and individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with ASD, ADHD, and learning disabilities. My role involved designing tailored interventions and providing family consultations, resulting in significant progress in students' social and academic development.
3. In the UAE, I continued my journey as a Learning Support Teacher at Aldhmaa Secondary School, where I catered to students with learning difficulties. Collaborating closely with classroom teachers, I modified curriculum and instructional methods to meet individual student needs. My efforts in implementing evidence-based practices, such as body language training and behavior modification techniques, led to notable improvements in students' academic performance and social interactions.
4. Throughout my career, spanning from kindergarten to Grade 12, I have consistently strived to make a meaningful impact on students' lives. By fostering effective communication skills, leveraging technology for independence, and addressing diverse learning needs, I have empowered students to thrive academically and socially in their educational journey.
