I am a highly motivated engineer now employed as Manager, HSE at ADNOC Drilling, one of the ADNOC group companies. 

Throughout my 20 years of experience in HSE, I have been recognized for having strong leadership skills especially in creating trust and building professional relationship with all ADNOC Group companies HSE team, including incidents management, develop HSE plan for new projects, contractors’ qualifications assessment, developing HSE bridging documents, managing the implementation of corporate HSEMS, planning, performance monitoring and implementation of ADNOC Recognition & Accountability Framework. 

My high-level qualifications and education have contributed to my success in all industries in which I have worked. I have a bachelor's degree in Marine engineering as well as a certificate in occupational health and safety. I hold current International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, including CSP® and Master of Business Administration – Health Safety & Environment.

I participated in ADNOC HSE Award 2016 for my submission “A smart Usage of Smart Tablets: Safety at Your Fingertips” and being recognized for developing and implementing ADNOC Recognition & Accountability Framework among all ADNOC Group companies. I am certified as train the trainer for incident investigation from Institute of Industrial Accident Investigators (IIAI).
