Mezyan Elcheikh Hassan

My passion lies in continuously leading, encouraging and supporting individuals to be better versions of themselves.  

I achieve this by reframing mindsets and elevating awareness levels so that as a society we lead improved lives and in turn give back to humanity. 

Through my over 20 years of work experience, I learnt to take a pragmatic approach in all my workings and rely on my diverse experience with people & leadership management, training, quality assurance and operations to make quick decisions in companies’ best interest. 

With a proven track record of leading teams of up to 65 members, I bring in charismatic leadership style and the ability to build productivity through situational leadership and skill development. 

After graduating with my master's in quality management, I embarked on a journey of exploring my mind.  Within the quest, I took several courses that include Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT University, Six Sigma yellow and green belt, EFQM Lead Assessor as well as ISO 9000:2001. 

 Additionally, I am an ICF certified Life Coach, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner, Mental Emotional Release (MER) practitioner and Hypnotherapist.
