Experience in large scale civil construction, structural steel works, piping works, critical coating, and material-testing. Involved in minor structural design calculation for reinforced concrete and structural steel work. Well-versed in interpretation and preparation of construction, shop and working drawings.

Long years experienced as managerial and supervisory level. Active in all aspect of works and has commanding ability to supervise subordinate working under my supervision, and with less supervision carrying out at specified task.

Skilled professional capable in handling the entire round of civil engineering cycles, including planning, evaluating and overseeing construction of building structures and facilities. Risk management, civil works, cost management, project planning and execution, construction management, and site supervision. 

Area of expertise: Experienced in infrastructure horizontal construction, Metro Rail and station, precast metro rail post tensioning. Roads, concrete construction of large scale water tanks, installation of water pipeline, oil and gas pipeline and civil marine works.

I graduated at NATIONAL UNIVERSITY in Manila Philippines with a 5 year course of Civil Engineering on October 1997.
