• Project assignment at Business Bay Executive Towers at Dubai Property and other completed Projects Dubai (October 2011 to September 2013) and Al Quoz Neighborhood Shopping Mall at Sharjah Holding (February to September 2011)
• Responsible in full MEP Coordination and assisting in recovery period related to signing off snags on Extended Defects Liability Period and completion of HVAC Testing & Commissioning TAB of 3rd Party based on settlement agreements between Client & Main Contractor.
• Responsible in for full MEP Coordination of subcontractors on both implementation and MEP drawing reviews of Phase 2 and balance connectivity of works of Phase 1. Facilitate and drive the construction team in achieving positive weekly progress and assist in resolving issues avoiding holding up site works. Completion of Snags and Defects. Final Handing over and sign offs. Supervision Plumbers and Electricians during demobilization.
