Greetings! Please consider my application for the role vacancy of Executive Assistant, having an extensive experience handling the same Administrative role – It is will be a great opportunity to be a part of a business goal oriented company.

I am currently hold a position of Head of Administration, HR Function here in Abu Dhabi Global Market, ADGM License Company a joint venture; Malaysian and Local Companies Abu Dhabi based, direct reports to Board Member, Chief Executive Officer cum Managing Director as Executive Assistant, holds an extensive diary management; external and internal meetings, travel arrangements; preparation of report and presentation.

I have recently joined Korn Ferry Consulting Company as an Executive Assistant and directly reporting to the Senior Client Partner, Industrial Market Sector based in Dubai last December 2018, which now turned to be a major challenge due to my Child’s School relocation didn’t materialize. 
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, I worked as an Advanced Level Executive Assistant to the one of the Big 4 Consultancy Firms; Ernst and Young Middle based in Abu Dhabi where I lead the team a Visa Champion. An experienced Advance Executive Assistant with extensive handling administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence. Handling Senior Partner and Principals in Advisory and Business Development Government Sector, I am able to tailor my skills to meet the needs of my various clients. I am very much active in handling team administrative orientations, trainings and ensure guidelines of implementation of the firm new processes and tools, etc. Also, as a part of the firm social committee I have enhanced many development programs as well planned several staff retreats.
Before joining EY, I worked as an Executive Assistant directly reporting to the Chief Investment Officer of Al Qudrah Holding. Prior to this I worked with ALDAR Laing O’Rourke, Al Raha Projects and Al Naboodah Laing O’Rourke as an Office Administrator handling practice of HR and Visa Administrative task roles and worked initially in the Philippines; Administrative and Management roles 5 years.
An overall 15yrs of UAE Experience with Administrative roles with various Industries and graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accountancy.
