About Michelle Joy Dacera:
I have been an experienced employee in the Philippines for 12 years. 4 years as Loans Associate in a Bank Industry and 8 years as Admin Assistant in the Government Sector. I have a first-hand experience in personal assistance, customer service, data entry, and public relations, among others. My experience in this task will surely come in handy.
I would like to widen my perspective on knowledge and learn new skills that hopefully will benefit and improve the work environment for my colleagues and myself. I used to work behind a desk in the administrative field which limited my ability to be working on hands.
Experience
For the past 4 years, I worked in a Bank Industry as Loans Associate. Dealing with different kinds of customers is very challenging. I learned how to handle different kinds of situations, people, and problems. I interview clients if they are capable of business loans and explain to them the consequences if the loan cannot be settled. Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
For the past 8 years, I worked in a Government Sector as Admin Assistant and as Project Development Officer. I handled projects that requires a lot of paper works. My administrative job includes answering tons of phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Prepares travel booking, makes reports, preparing cash advances, reimbursements, and liquidations. Monitor office supplies and customer service to in and out clients. Process the project designs and liaise with different departments for the project implemented. When the Executive was absent, I was attending meetings and consultations on his behalf.
Overall, I have years experience in customer service, admin support.
Education
I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Management Accounting. Graduated in the year 2009.
