- Support SSC Customers during Main Shifts and On-call Shifts through SRs.
- Perform Upgrade Projects for the Database and Application to the latest releases.
- Perform Database and Application Migration from On-Prem. to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Install and maintain the performance of database servers
- Presales activities for On-Prem. & Cloud Applications, preparing (managed services, Implementation,
Support) proposals, technical scoping & prepare DEMO scenarios.
- Analyze new business requirements needs in collaboration with business partners and Customers.
- Manage and perform Analysis for Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrade & Migration projects.
- Project management activities (Develop project plans, resource allocation, conduct kickoff meetings).
- Train and mentoring the newly hired candidate
