Aslan Ibragim

Thanks to my teaching career, I have also been fortunate enough to travel around the world and live in 8 different counties at such a young age. My first part time teaching career started at the age of 14 when I taught English as a foreign language at the local language learning center of my town. My educational and employment experiences gave me great opportunities to develop my knowledge, worldview, philosophy and personality, including strength to discover my hidden skills which have helped me to become a competent teacher leader. 

My educational experiences will stay with me for the rest of my life. Throughout my studies in education and business, I was able to complete several action researches and share my results with others to make a contribution into creating a positive learning environment for students as well as enrich the organizational knowledge in our professional learning community. Recently, I have completed intensive courses at the Walden University and obtained my PhD and Master’s in Education degree with top results. While attending Walden, I have been working as a Vice Principal at the secondary school in the United Arab Emirates. I have also had an opportunity to be part of the Presidential Schools of Uzbekistan and completed several action researches which helped me to make a tremendous contributions into the project.  Additionally, I have also obtained my Associate of Arts degree in early childhood education, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degree from top universities in the U.S. For additional growth and personal development.
