 Overview & Achievements:

 Ran outpatient clinics focused on the management of chronic care, both communicable and non-communicable diseases, improving patient compliance and assisting with health promotion. Provided initial stabilization and management of all medical, surgical, gynecological, pediatric and psychiatric emergencies and referring to tertiary instituted when necessary. Keeping accurate and confidential records of all procedures performed; writing outpatient referrals to higher levels of care when needed. Providing clinical guidance, mentoring and support to clinical nurse practitioners involved in patient care. Providing a quality primary health care service by keeping abreast of new clinical developments, assisting with structuring of interventions to effect quality service delivery and contributing to the implementation of these interventions.
