Experience
With my background in law and administration, along with my prior experiences, I was able to accomplish a number of objectives in my previous position. In addition to my legal representation for the company, and my knowledge of solid HR practices, I found solutions to manage time during the COVID-19 period, by conducting extensive legal research and implementing relevant rules to avoid prejudices, as well as implementing new strategies for the HR department to protect the company and its workforce rights. These previous role at led me to grow as a professional and experiment in Humane Resources.
