An Architectural Specifications Specialist with 15 + years experience, all acquired in the UAE.

Over the last 15 years I 've had hands-on experience in specifying construction projects from schematic concepts to ready-for- construction tender packages, technical documentation & project tender packages from scratch.

Experience includes but is not limited to specifications writing, contract administration, commissioning, and project management. Construction experience in educational buildings, industrial compounds, exotic themed zoos & resorts, correctional & High-Security facilities, healthcare, warehousing and high-end residential.
