the TAG (Talent Acquisition Group) process.
-Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening
calls, assessments & in-person interviews.
-BGC verification - Verification of background check reports &
worked on status update process for the employees.
-All joined & requested mail from the BGC team. Deliver the
reports to the responsible BGC managers all over India region.
-Prepared the OJP (Offers, Joiners & Pipeline) report as day-to-day
activity & shared the reports to the HR team.
-Brace Offers & Joiners data based on the OJP report. Division of
units into business groups and weekly delivery to a responsible
group manager.
-Prepared reconciliation reports every month for offers and
joiners with the team & Resource Management Group.
-We helped the sourcing team to collect the data on required
skills activities to fill open positions.
Education
- Graduated from the Crescent Institute of science and technology, with a Master's in computer applications.
- I am now looking forward to utilizing these skills, and I believe this opening allows me to meet this goal.
