I have a BBA degree in Management Finance from South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, AAT-SL, and a diploma in Accounting and Business Management from CMA Sri Lanka. I am currently pursuing an MBA degree to further enhance my knowledge and skills in accounting and business. I am proficient in various accounting software, such as ODOO, TALLY PRIME, QUICKBOOK, SAP, and Other professional software I have also developed skills in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, customer service, and time management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance
sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance
with accounting principles and standards-IFRS.

 General Ledger Maintenance: Manage the general ledger system, ensuring
accurate and up-to-date recording of financial transactions.

 Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax
returns, including income tax, VAT and other relevant taxes.

 Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends,
variances and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

 Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and
external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

 Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable and accounts
receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and
payments.

 Keeping account books and systems up to date and Liaising with bank and government
agencies for financing and daily activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Financial Accounting: Maintain financial records and accounting documentation. Monitor Financial budgets and report on financial progress.

• Payroll Processing: Manage payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely payment to workers and staff. Handle tax withholdings, deductions, and compliance with labor laws.

• Vendor and Subcontractor Payments: Process invoices and payments to vendors and subcontractors. Verify the accuracy of bills and ensure timely payments.

• Cash Management: Manage the company's cash flow to ensure there is enough liquidity to cover operational expenses and project costs.

• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.

• Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

• Identified and evaluated potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining positive relationships to enhance the overall supply chain efficiency. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and oversee the budgeting process, working closely with management to create financial forecasts and projections.
