Lead multiple construction projects managing Cost, Quality, and Timelines.
-Plan, organize, and ensure adequate staffing, execution, and monitoring of all construction supervision activities and related support operations in coordination with Projects Director.
-Lead progress meetings with the Consulting Engineer/Supervision Team, the Client, PMC (when applicable), stakeholders, contractors and help resolve outstanding issues related to site.
-Collaborate with construction management to eliminate any hazards associated with the work that may adversely affect the environment or the safety or health of employees. Ensure that personnel of the assigned group engage in safe work practices in compliance with site-specific safety procedures and industry standards.
-Provide guidance regarding scope of work, schedules, procedures, field construction problems, and other technical information.
-Maintain project control documentation, design drawings and specifications, back-charge documents, change orders among others
-Monitor design changes during construction, according to the relevant Stakeholders’ request, subject to prior approval by Client/PMC.
-Implement and monitor the specific QA/QC program on behalf of the Supervision Team, the Client, PMC (when applicable) and the Contractors and ensure that the plans are in line with the Client/PMC expectations.
-Build strong relationships with clients, whilst managing client expectations and demands and articulating project design.
