Receive vessel's sailing instructions and following up on any change ,(Liner Services). ➢ Receive Vessel’s nomination as port agent from ship owner or charter ,(Tramp Services). ➢ Sending pre-arrival instructions and required documents and ship certificates by local port and customs authorities to ship's master to prepare approvals and permits in advance and secure a suitable quay for the vessel's call according to its particulars. ➢ Review all ship's certificates to make sure that they are all in order along with crew list and crew documents. ➢ Prepare shipping orders and cargo docs (Manifest , Bill of ladings ,Invoices ) for all the exported shipments on the line. ➢ Insert discharged cargo manifest and Bill of ladings on the local customs authority system as received from line operation center of vessel’s previous port and make sure that all the B/Ls have a valid ACID. ➢ Prepare time sheet for the vessel loading and discharge operations and sending arrival, ops and sailing reports to the relevent prenciples. ➢ Assign lashing /unlashing and stevedore agents . ➢ Arrange draft and cargo surveying pre and after loading or discharge Ops (Tramp Services). ➢ Attending and supervising loading and discharge ops as per stowage plan and report any shipment damage ,prepare special equipment for project cargo loading and discharge. ➢ Coordinate provisions supply to line's vessels or Tramp vessels during the vessel stay alongside. ➢ Coordinate all crew change request and related approvals
