Feb 2015 till Now Project Manager at Etisalat UAE ( Mobile Customer Support & Special Events )

• Managing 5G implementation special project for all VIP sites ( IBS & Outdoor ).
• Obtain approval from client related to any temporary mobile site to cover events or coverage complaint areas.
• Obtain approval for Pico repeater installation to resolve in-building coverage complaints. 
• Coordinate and follow-up the implementation of new/expansion/optimization/event sites or Pico repeater, to resolve issue related to customer complaints and special events.
• Insure complaint resolution is done based on priority/timeline defined for different customer types (VIP, Business, Others) & according to quality standard.
• Update and close the complaint in CBCM system upon verifying customer satisfaction.
• Request BSC/RNC/Core network details from mobile access planning.
• Initiate necessary Service request for provision of backhaul and follow-up with concerned for obtaining CPN /Work order/IP details.
• Performs the deployment of proposed events temporary site and arrange link and power.(as required)
• Follow up for provision of power/generators.
• Ensure the proposed sites are RFS in time for the event.
• Follow up & tracking periodic maintenance of the mobile units.
• Coordinating for the VIP sites redundancy project.
• Achieve the required KPI & maintain process for auditing purpose.

Apr 2014 – Feb 2015 Etisalat customer Interface / Coordinator at Huawei LLC UAE ( Etisalat Modernization Project )

• Acquisition interface with Etisalat for AUH modernization project.
• Coordinate with building management to carry out the required activity.
• Maintain database for all sites access arrangement procedure during survey, implementation, coverage test & acceptance.
• Maintain database for all team members working on field for access arrangement.
• Achieve the plan in coordination with project management team.
• Site survey for all Etisalat sites (Macro, Micro & IBS).
• Preparing and reviewing technical site survey & design reports. 
• Supervision for the subcontractor during installation new equipment with quality standard.
• Swap the working equipment (Alcatel, Ericson) with new Huawei equipment. 
• Commissioning & Alarms troubleshooting for Huawei equipment.
• Customer interface with Etisalat for equipment solution, designs & access issues.
• Preparing IP plan for the modernization project & insure transmission is working properly.

Sep 2012 – Feb 2014 Site Engineer at Orascom Trading ( Contractor with Mobinil ) 

• Overall Maintaining of Mobinil Sites ( Micro , Macro , Nodal Sites " Hubs" - BSCs ).
• Troubleshooting Nokia Siemens BTSs alarms and failures. 
• Troubleshooting and solving general alarms on the site ( RF and Environmental Alarms ).
• Dealing with Microwave Links ( NEC - Alcatel ) and tracing its Failure or Misalignment.
• Applying General Periodic Maintenance to Mobinil sites.
• VSWR checking sector by sector.
• Tracing IOI problems and solving it.
