Hello, i am Mohamed Salah 31 years old , i live here in UAE since 3years and i am working in customer services industry and customer service for 9 years ,i am working now in NMC khalifa Royal hospital as a customer service executive/ patient coordinator from  1 year and its about greeting the patients and registering them and checking the eligibility for their insurance , making appointments  , getting the approvals for surgery i work for Emergency department and pediatric and its the most hard work in any hospital but i work for almost the clinics , i  worked  also for 1 year and half in the medical field as a customer services/ call center for the Ministry of health of Qatar in Egypt and it was about making the appointments for the patients and solve their problems with the hospitals and doctors also how to give the customer excellent customer experience, how to handle the problems i am expert on this and also it was about entering the data for the customers all their data like names which clinic they want to make appointments which hospital near them actually it was big experience for me in this medical field because its related to government organization and also, i can learn any new system in a short time and a-lot of skills also thats why i see that i am qualified for this job.
