PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE (7+ Years)
1. January’18 to Present in Amana Contracting & Steel Buildings- AbuDhabi-UAE, as MEP -Project Engineer.

• Ensures MEP work of assigned project is implemented within budgeted time, cost, and quality standards on assigned part of site.
• Optimizes manpower, equipment, and materials allocation, and ensures no materials are wasted on assigned part of site.
• Assigns responsibilities to on-site staff as per directions with respective Managers.
• Supervises staff and non-staff attendance and productivity.
• Responsible for monitoring all sub-contractor works to ensure that the works are as per the job specifications, timeline and contract requirements.
• Assists with preparation of construction schedule, manpower histogram, submittal log, and drawing log, and any changes thereof, in coordination with Construction staff and Planning & Cost Control
  Units for initial project planning.
• Prepares the Project’s quality management system documents such as; method statements, ITP’s (inspection and testing plans) etc., and reviews the material and technical submittals to ensure their compliance with the contract’s requirements and best practices, and follow up with the consultant/client to obtain their approvals
• Coordinates with the external certification bodies for the certification and surveillance audit of the business unit.
• Responsible for effective closeout of the project/contract by properly managing a team of QA/QC engineers/officers and document controllers in line with the project requirements
• Interfaces with suppliers to verify materials received.
• Issues material requisition forms in coordination with Managers.
• Prepares methods of statements as needed for the project.
• Oversees purchase and delivery of required materials, and inflow/outflow of site store materials in coordination with Procurement Department.
• Attends weekly meetings with Managers, Client, Consultant, and Site Engineer(s) for look-ahead plan.
• Interfaces with consultants/supervisors on site-related matters and ensures good relations with them.

• Study of drawings and execution of the work as per the approved drawings.
• Supervising and monitoring the installation works on site and allocating the work to individuals.
• Planning and monitoring the site activities as per the schedule and resolving various site related issues by coordinating among the various sub-contractors and attending project and design meeting as required.
• Coordinate daily site inspection inclusive of preparation of weekly & daily notification and inspection sheets, attending site meeting, writing reports and giving presentation to manager & client. Oversees purchase and delivery of required materials, and inflow/outflow of site store materials in coordination with Procurement Department.
• To check the entire week as according to approved drawings.
• Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the project.
• Ensure all the material inspection/Site inspection reports have been raised/approved.

• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
• Prepare/submit all necessary documents and attachments for the inspection and testing requirement, further follow up with consultant for approval as required.
