  8. Explaining, demonstrate, and prove in-depth what Microsoft’s products and services can do and how to enable and manage them for the largest enterprise customers by driving technical presentations, demonstrations, PoC’s and Pilots, leveraging P-Sellers, partners or MCS as needed.

Microsoft Infrastructure and Solutions Lead

  1. Presenting and proposing technical feasibility solutions for new Microsoft technologies with design and suggested options for performance improvement of technical objects. “Presales Activities”
  2. Start the engagement with the customers to analyze the customer requirements and translate them into a total solution that is technically feasible and is commercially viable.
  3. Participate in own onsite/remote professional services support and delivery of the project’s implementation.
  4. Being the direct point of technical contact and escalations to provide high quality technical support to Raqmiyat’s customers.
  5. Delivering a Professional Technical Proposal for Microsoft solutions based on the customer requirements which comply with the vendor Best Practices.
  6. Define the project schedule, requirements and prerequisites and set the project plan for the solutions.
  7. Create the solution documentations in both pre-sales phase and post-sales such as High-Level Design, Low-Level Design and Configuration guide for customers.
  8. Develop and implement simple and complex Microsoft Solutions on multiple platforms.

 

Infrastructure System Engineer

  1. Implement technology solutions based on assigned function's vendor products and technologies, such as Microsoft and SUN, according to the set project plan and assigned tasks to meet customer business requirements.

Customer Service Sub-Team Supervisor

  1. ATM maintenance (in all governorates of Egypt) for the following banks: CIB, MIBank, National Bank of Egypt, Banque Du Caire, Faisal Islamic Bank, Egyptian Gulf Bank, Arab African International Bank, Egyptian American Bank, National Bank for Development, Arab International Bank).
  2. Managing and leading the ATM team.
  3. Install HP Server Hardware and software.
