  4. Drive the deployment of the customers’ workloads into Azure and increase their consumption of the platform by providing solutions through Microsoft Services or partners.

  4. Handling and driving Microsoft business opportunities “Sales cycle” in Middle East and Africa from beginning to close it WIN.
  5. Driving Microsoft Cloud “Azure” consumption.
  6. Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions and platform competitor landscape. 
  7. Acting as the Enterprise Accounts Technical Seller and advisor.
  8. Explaining, demonstrate, and prove in-depth what Microsoft’s products and services can do and how to enable and manage them for the largest enterprise customers by driving technical presentations, demonstrations, PoC’s and Pilots, leveraging P-Sellers, partners or MCS as needed.
  9.  Driving architecture and technical discussion to lead cloud security, privacy, compliance, disaster recovery and competition discussions “IAAS, PAAS and SAAS”. 
  10. Orchestrating and influencing virtual teams to pursue sales opportunities cross-workload solutions with and through other technical resources (internally and from Partner) for other Microsoft products and services.   
  11. Growing partner technical sales capacity & capability thru P-TSPs, within the portfolio of partners and hiring P-sellers in MEA
  12. Work with P-TSPs to drive the technical decision at the customer to buy, architect, develop or adopt their solution based on Microsoft technology.
  13. Communicate and escalate technical, architectural, and competitive blockers and insight to the appropriate channel.

Microsoft Infrastructure and Solutions Lead

  1. Presenting and proposing technical feasibility solutions for new Microsoft technologies with design and suggested options for performance improvement of technical objects. “Presales Activities”
  2. Start the engagement with the customers to analyze the customer requirements and translate them into a total solution that is technically feasible and is commercially viable.
  3. Participate in own onsite/remote professional services support and delivery of the project’s implementation.
  4. Being the direct point of technical contact and escalations to provide high quality technical support to Raqmiyat’s customers.
  5. Delivering a Professional Technical Proposal for Microsoft solutions based on the customer requirements which comply with the vendor Best Practices.
  6. Define the project schedule, requirements and prerequisites and set the project plan for the solutions.
  7. Create the solution documentations in both pre-sales phase and post-sales such as High-Level Design, Low-Level Design and Configuration guide for customers.
  8. Develop and implement simple and complex Microsoft Solutions on multiple platforms.

 

Infrastructure System Engineer

  1. Participates in presales activities as presenting demos and gathering requirements.
  2. Delivering a design and awareness sessions to the customer in order to make him familiar with the new technologies and to take the right the decisions that comply with the business needs.
  3.  Delivers and deploys infrastructure platform solutions by working as part of a high performing team when required, to meet customer expectation.

 

Systems Engineer

  1. Implement technology solutions based on assigned function's vendor products and technologies, such as Microsoft and SUN, according to the set project plan and assigned tasks to meet customer business requirements.
  2. Work as a team member in project implementations on the assigned tasks and integrate with others in order to realize project deliverables in the allocated timeframe.

 

Customer Service Sub-Team Supervisor

  1. ATM maintenance (in all governorates of Egypt) for the following banks: CIB, MIBank, National Bank of Egypt, Banque Du Caire, Faisal Islamic Bank, Egyptian Gulf Bank, Arab African International Bank, Egyptian American Bank, National Bank for Development, Arab International Bank).
  2. Managing and leading the ATM team.
  3. Install HP Server Hardware and software.
  4. Software Maintenance including: OS2, Win 2000 Server, Windows XP embedded.
