Mohamed Yusuf

I am Mohamed Yusuf, a passionate IT Support Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Anna University, India. I have strong hands-on experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining network systems. My previous role as an Administrative Officer helped me develop strong organizational and coordination skills. I am skilled in system administration, remote support, and database management, with proficiency in MS Office and SQL tools. Currently based in Dubai on a visit visa, I am available for immediate joining and eager to contribute my technical expertise to a dynamic organization.

I have hands-on experience as an IT Support Engineer, providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and network systems. I have also worked as an Administrative Officer, handling documentation and coordination tasks. My background includes SQL database support internships, where I gained knowledge in database management and troubleshooting. I bring strong problem-solving, system administration, and remote support skills to ensure smooth IT operations.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science Engineering from Anna University, India (2019–2023), providing me with a strong foundation in IT systems, programming, and database management.
