Security Shift In-charge cum CCTV Operator (12th June 2012 to February 2020). Responsibilities:  To monitor, protect the company assets, properties, & client’s property from all kinds of misuse, theft, damage, lose, & waste.  To assist the guest with luggage & provide right information in a polite manner.   To maintain & handle the guest complaints in coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping & Front office Department and investigate the matter and takes necessary actions to resolve incidents/ complaint resolve it as soon as possible.  To operate & maintain CCTV Camera & controlled documentation.  To be vigilant thru CCTV Systems and Coordinate with other Security Officer by passing the right information & message.  To ensure that Key Cards & Metal Keys are properly issued to only authorize personnel, properly sign and entered into the Key Log Book and the same is returned after departments operations.   To maintain all Key register & make key inventory for every months.  To ensure the safety, security, privacy and wellbeing of hotel guests and team members and their properties by providing constant vigilance and around the outlet.  To ensure personal grooming standards are maintained by colleagues at all times  To maintain & update all files in Time Office (Security Office).  To maintain daily attendance sheet & controlled it as per the company procedures.  To making duty roster, vacation plan, and overtime.   To handling payroll system (Civil soft) within the department  To maintain and handle the guest complaints for missing items from the room and investigate the complaints. Given feedback to the guests and make an incident reports with full details.  To providing information on the hotel facilities and activities through Reports writing in security logbook.  To evaluation potential security threats to hotel and guests, taking appropriate action as needed.  To conduct periodic checking on display or exhibits & ensure they are secured and intact.   To control traffic in front of the hotel during arrival and departure of VIPs during large gatherings and special functions.   To reporting all kinds of incidents/accident to the Director of Safety & Security, Duty manager & MOD (Management on duty) by making an incident report.
