Job Responsibilities:
 Weekly visit in each location and inspect all food preparation, handling and serving areas.

Plan and implement corrective actions against the Non conformities raised 
by contractors and local regulatory
 Ensure all the legal requirements are being met as per the local regulations 
and ensuring company safety goals are met.
 Liaise closely with ADNOC, ENEC, and Abu Dhabi Municipality for all 
activities relating to HSE and Food Safety respectively.
 Comply with all the guidelines of ADAFSA. Ensuring effective pest control 
program, calibration, EFST training, Food Handler Medicals, Food sampling 
etc.
 Conducting in house audits, risk assessments, supplier audit and 
recordkeeping of all HSE documents
 Periodically review the H&S management system
 Preparing KPI and manifests for waste management and monitoring the 
waste disposal activities via Tadweer
 Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or 
breaks in regulations
 Manage and maintain the traceability system established
 Conduct internal safety trainings and toolbox meetings
 All other responsibilities which is to be fulfilled by a QHSE Officer.

Working as Hygiene officer in PROCAT CATERING SERVICES, Fujairah -
(August 2020-June 2021)
Job Responsibilities:
 Ensure food safety throughout the operation, from receiving, sanitization 
and production until consumption.
 Development implementation, monitoring and corrective action of food 
safety management system.
 Assist in IMS, HACCP and ISO 2200:2018 implementations. Half yearly 
surveillance audits and Recertification audits.
 Evaluate the corrective action taken for the non- conformance noted 
during the audits.
 Liaise closely with ADNOC, SKEC and Fujairah Municipality for all activities 
relating to HSE and Food Safety respectively.
 Monitor staff compliance in good hygiene practice (GHP) throughout the 
production in central production kitchens, other F&B out lets and entire 
hospitality service areas.
 Conduct monthly internal audit as per schedule.
 Conduct supplier audits as directed by Operation manager.

Responsible for conducting food safety awareness training classes. 
 Manage and maintain a satisfactory waste disposal system.
 Manage and review food complaints effectively.
 Responsible for implementing the preventive systems for avoiding food 
safety incidents.
 Monitor and check the Personal hygiene, health safety conditions and 
working habits of the staffs.
 Establish and maintain a system incident reporting, investigation and 
analysis. 
 Controlling flow food to the clients as per company and food and safety 
policy.
 Developed and implemented Hygiene and sanitation rules throughout the 
food premises areas.
 Identifying and controlling all the steps and process which can lead to food 
safety issues.
 Close liaise on with the pest control specialist to maintain pest free 
environment with in F&B and accommodation areas.

2. Worked as QHSE officer in Western Catering Co. LLC, Abu Dhabi – (Ruwais,
Habshan and Fujairah) - (May 2018 - August 2020)
Job Responsibilities:

 Ensure the quality check of incoming raw materials.
