Experience

Providing general PRO support to all departments for any
activity involving the Government Authority (Ministry of labour, Dubai Economic Department, Immigration department, RTA, Thasheel, ASATEEL, ADDC, TAMM, DEWA, Abudhabi traffic and licensing department and Municipalities)
 Controlling and handling works related to Government authorities in all five Emirates; Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah and Sharjah.
 Company formation and other procedures.
 Notary documentation: MOA,POA,MOU
 Process all type of Government applications.  Preparing and processing Ejari and Tawtheeq.  Renew work permit and food permit.
 Process visa application, renewal and cancellation.
 Renew chamber of commerce membership.
 Process application, renewal and cancellation of trade
license.
 Renew vehicle license and vehicle insurance in Dubai and
Abu Dhabi.
 Renew advertisements on company vehicles in Dubai and
Abu Dhabi.
 Facilitate smooth on boarding and exit process for
employees of the company.
 Processing application for CICPA pass.
 Preparing Arabic letters like NOC and authorization letter.  Submission and follow up of documents to all government
authorities.
