• Supervise the sorting,packing andlabeling of all products produced in EAG and must be packed with strict adhrence to Food Safety policies and customer specification
• Waste Management-Reduce wastage by monitoring of inventory(SOH),identifying where waste is occurring(i.e;washing, grading,sorting,packing and post pack processes)
• Inventory Management- Manage raw and finished good stock, packing material such as cartons, labels and more.Alert for re-ordering materials, stock takes and more.
• Manpower Planning-Enables organization to have accurate estimate of number of employees to accomblish set goals by including forecasting and by ensuring right number of people and kind of people  at right place, right time ,for which they are suited for the achievement of goals of the organization.

• Carrying out inspection of the: 
• Assessment of product Quality and inspection of raw material to ensure that no poor quality are received from the farms
• Inspecting final product to ensure that no poor quality are packed and dispatch to the customer.
• Returned items and generating corrective action report
• Items which are more than two days old, developing reassessment for that product and generating corrective action report in collaboration with QA Manager
• Carrying out checks on the produce to ensure that weight, temperature and packing of produce is used as per specification and customer requirement.
• Ensuring: 
• Members allocated for line grading teams are sorting & grading according to different classes
• Materials are dispatched in line with customer compliance and taking action wherever necessary to ensure safety of customer
• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are meeting customer service standard
