With over 11 years of professional experience in BIM, including more than 3 years of GCC experience in KSA and the UAE, I bring strong expertise in ISO 19650–compliant BIM delivery, multidisciplinary coordination, and giga-scale project execution, including NEOM-related developments.

As detailed in my resume, I have successfully delivered BIM services for a wide range of complex projects such as airports, metro systems, commercial and residential developments, hospitals, high-rise buildings, Saudi villas, and NEOM projects. In my current role with Surbana International Consultants, Dubai, I lead BIM coordination across large federated models, develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), TIDP, and MIDP, and manage Common Data Environment workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.

My experience includes leading multidisciplinary coordination teams of 6–10 BIM engineers, managing LOD 100–400 models exceeding 5GB, and conducting clash detection and resolution processes that have resulted in 60–75% reduction in construction-stage clashes. I am highly experienced in Revit model QA/QC, COBie data delivery, shop drawings, as-built documentation, and supporting pre-construction BIM strategy and constructability reviews in line with client and PMC standards.
