• Answering telephone calls and transferring the same to concerned departments
• Providing administrative support to an academic team of lecturers, tutors, or teachers along with visa process.
• Collecting Fees from Student and issuing receipts to them and sending the fees to the accounts department
• Organizing and facilitating a variety of educational, social activities.
• Using information systems and preparing reports and statistics for internal and external use.
• Coordinating examination and assessment processes (Schools and Centre Premises).
• Administering the 'student life cycle' from registration or admission to graduation which also includes counseling them for various abroad test preparations like SAT-1,UCAT,IELTS,TOEFL, EM-SAT,P-SAT, Olympiads etc
