Monha Mae Beltejar

Good day , My name is Monha Mae Beltejar , I'm 25 years old I am graduate of 2 years vocational Hotel and Restaurant Management in and from the Philippines.

Currently I am here in Al ain , Abu dhabi , UAE working as a nanny my contract will be finish after 2 years and its my 4th month working as nanny here now so yeah I still have a couple of months , I tell this to you to know my reason why I decide to take this job , I take this job this opportunity for me to get in here where I am right now because it was my dream to work abroad in a foreign country , why nanny ?  because it was a practical choice that I needed for now to save up money at the same time to help my family in financial . I'm saving up money for me to cross country and work in Europe as it was my biggest dream in my life to travel and work in one of the country in Europe , before I came here I work as Team Leader in the Coconut plant in the Philippines called Century Pacific Agriculture Venture Inc. for almost 2 years , its a great job to enhance my skills in leadership , handling and managing people but I want to improve more of my skills and knowledge in new things to be better , to grow and mold my self in work as well as a person and in life . I am hardworking person , I can do multitasking , dedicated , welling to always learn specially new things and I'm a person that I have a lot of reason in myself to quit but refuse to surrender anyways .

• I work for almost 3 years in one of the famous fast food chain worldwide , Jollibee , Philippines.

I work there as Counter cashier, Drive thru Cashier and Senior Cashier .

Year - 2016 - 2019

• I work as Hotel Staff /Encoder in Times Plaza Hotel , Philippines for 3 months it was just a short time and experience but It was a good experience to have knowledge in computer  like microsoft office , excel , pitch tree and etc. 

I switch job because I thought I need to enhance my skills in what I have finish to improve my skills in that are 

Year 2019 - 2020

• I also work as Front Desk officer in one of the Hotel suite , Offshore hotel Suite , Philippines for only 1 month as the Covid 19 break out and the hospitality that year was not good and the Hotel need to stop operating as it was just a small and new hotel suite opened and the business is not going well .

Year 2020

• Team Leader for almost 2 years in Century Pacific Agriculture Venture Inc. , Philippines. I manage and handle people in this time , leading and guiding them in their everyday work and task , Providing daily required manning , making sure that the crew following the company rules and regulations,  monitoring the work flow inside the plant in our department , giving report to supervisors about the operations , attending weekly meeting for the Planning and Strategy .

Year 2020 - 2022

• Currently working as nanny for 4 months here in Al ain , Abu dhabi 

Taking care of 2 kids ages 6 & 3 and 1 baby age 7 months , providing their needs , helping them to get shower , change clothes , eat , sending to school , babysitting them , helping the eldest to study or some little tutoring , playing with them and most of the time I consume taking care of the baby .

Year 2022 and currently.

Hotel and Restaurant Management it was focus in housekeeping and Food  beverages services and Tourism .

Learn how to make bed , cleaning , dusting , ironing , laundry , bartending (making alcoholic drinks , juices etc.) , Cooking dishes , baking , desserts and snacks , Learning the history of the tourist spots and tourism , learning communication skills or services .
