Tasks (WE) :
1-follow engineer's orders about any incident happened related to a physical problem. 
2-maintain any related physical connection on H/W network devices such as Routers (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Siemens, Alcatel lucent) switches (Cisco, Juniper, HP) DSLAM (Alcatel, Huawei, and Indoor MSAN).
