Working as “CCTV Operator, Alarm System and Shop Security Audit” Damas Jewellery, Dubai From 18th May, 2008 till Date

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling Retail store’s DVR systems 
• Maintaining the DVR Stock in head office & reporting to the concern contractor for rectification in case if any Technical issues.
• Submitting the reports of the DVR recording.
• Watching the staffs' behavior in the shop and reporting to Chairman, Managing Director of Sales, Operations Manager and Security supervisor.
• Submitting the evidence of any theft case which happens in any of our outlet to our legal & insurance department to file the police case.
• Daily watching the DVR recording of any of our outlet and producing its reports.  
• Maintaining the files and CDs of any security issues.

         Maintaining the staff photographs according to the staff list made 

          of various outlets.

     ·   Operating & maintaining the access door control system. Motion 

         Detector & Firefighting system, Intruder Alarm system      

• Conducting shop audit regarding the security systems in the outlets.
•  Submitting the evidence of any problem in the shop & prepare a report and submit to the operations HOD.
• Visiting our overall UAE shops for the auditing of CCTV, Security Alarm & Fire Alarm Systems and preparing the reports & sending the same to our HOD.
• Operating Vehicle Tracking System, track all the vehicle that having GPRS and monitor for all activity of the vehicle, preparing the reports & sending to concerned to departments & HOD.
• Data Encoding and updating Files 
• Follow up with Procurement department to get Purchase order on time
• In charge for updating Alarm Codes for Damas retail staffs.
• In charge for removal Security systems from closed stores and update Stock register
• Coordinate with concerned vendor in arranging security system for new stores.
• Maintain fire Extinguisher stock details and arranging service/refill on time.
