Currently I am working in Al-Ghurair Foods (Dubai) at Oats and GLC plant as a Filling and Packing Foreman.

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:-
As a foreman, I ensure effective use of contractual and permanent staff and assign their jobs according to production plan.
Make sure daily Production according to production plan. 
Drive DOR (Daily operation review)
Safe operation of Rovema Filling & packing Machine. (200,400,500,1000 Grams Pouch)
Safe operation of Indosa Twin Tin packing Machine.(400,500,1000 Grams TIN)
Safe operation of Pakoona PET JAR  Filling Machine. (500,700,1000 Grams PET JAR)
Safe operation of Bonicomm Twin Tin packing Machine.(400,500 Grams TIN)
Safe operation of Multi head weigher scale Ishida and zamato.

Role: Senior Process Operator (Pasteurizer plant).
JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:-
To ensure smooth production, proper startup and shutdown of plant. I am working on 3 pasteurizers 1 of 35 tons 2 of 20 tons capacity and 3 of 20 tons. 
Maintain progress parameters and conditions according to the established standards of performance. 
Apply all the GMP and Food Safety in the job to get good results.
Responsible for all Milk Pasteurization for Full Fat Milk, Skim Milk and low fat Milk.
Hands  experience of working on PLC- HMI, SCADA system
Directly reporting to the Supervisor. 
Responsible for Plant cip, Complete Documentation of The shift, Material handling (Vitamins, reworks), chemical handling (soda, acid) and responsible for all material closing.
Coordinate with other team members in routine operations and maintenance activities to run plant smoothly.

NADEC Foods, Haradh Project, KSA (From April 2015 to May 2016)
Role: Senior Process Operator (Cheese Manufacturing).
Products: Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese Spreads.
JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:
To operate the Plant  Mixing/processing , SSHE and P.E Master labeler  machines.
To control the routine processing related activities in the plant.
Preparation of batches cream cheese and cheddar cheese spreads.
Preparation of product Mixing according to recipe.
To control the SSHE ( Scrapped surface heat exchanger) Heating sections.
Check and monitor the parameter according to SOP,s.
Complete documentation of shift(Log book, Batches and mixing summary etc.

Wolf VFFS type Filling & Packing Machine Operator and Technical problem solve. All old and new both models (VPP 250,VCI 250,RVP 180  Duplex, VCI 180, VCI 180 duplex)
25kg Avapak Bulk Packing Machine Operate with swissvac gas Filling machine.
