As a mechanical engineering professional, with MBA qualification, I utilize 12+years’ experience, including international exposure in the UAE, to oversee assigned tasks in MEP areas and setup HVAC- heating, ventilation and air conditioning, fire protection & safety, and fire alarm systems to meet set organizational objectives in facilities management and building management services. Moreover, I can leverage my organizational skills and capability to directly implement strategies to effectively focus on operations management and handle planned preventive maintenance, building automation, energy audits, and energy conservation. At present, I seek a challenging role as Facilities/ Operations Manager to oversee facilities & maintenance management. 

As Operations Manager, with Serco Middle East, Dubai, UAE, my profile includes but is not limited to framing and implementing policy in facility management operations and maintain zero-error concept-in all maintenance operations in the entire airport including Terminal 1 & 2, Concourse D, Dubai flower center, & 130 ancillary buildings. In fact, I steer efforts to improve operational effectiveness, increase revenue & profitability targets, drive cost reduction, and control measures for higher productivity, follow 100% work safety concept while conforming to the company and industry standards. In fact I work closely with a variety of internal teams to create a safety oriented work culture, design robust fire safety plans and pride myself to deliver tasks on time within budget as per norms & always exceed my stakeholders’ expectations. Interestingly, I plan & implement initiatives to achieve zero incident targets in a timely and efficient manner. Besides, my organizational skills help me oversee sub contractor management and employee relations and create peaceful work culture to achieve performance targets. Besides I can develop people oriented programmes like employee counselling & mentorship process to improve workforce capability and meet organizational goals.

Interestingly my domain knowledge & technical expertise to frame and implement strategies to  set safety guidelines, conduct safety inspections, develop QHSE systems to undertake facilities & maintenance management, engage in building automation, HVAC, energy audits to control costs, conduct gap analysis that can help benchmark & develop new metrics for performance management review & reporting which can prove useful in any future role.
