I am a dedicated and fast-learning IT Support and Administrative professional with over 2 years of experience in user support, technical troubleshooting, and office operations. My background includes hands-on experience in resolving hardware/software issues, assisting users via remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer), supporting Microsoft Office applications, and handling basic networking tasks such as IP, DNS, and DHCP.

I am also familiar with Linux terminal commands, file management, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow. In addition, I bring strong documentation, time management, and team collaboration skills, making me well-suited for both technical and clerical support roles.

I hold a Master's degree in Information Technology, verified by HEC, MOFA, and the UAE Consulate. My certifications include CCNA (ITN), Networking Basics, Computer Hardware, and I am currently pursuing the IBM DevOps certification.

Currently based in Abu Dhabi on a visit visa, I am available for immediate joining and eager to contribute to a dynamic organization where I can continue to grow and support operations effectively.
