Greets and welcomes Owners and tenants at the Front Desk in the Residential desk for Residential
Services.
- Answer and responds to phone calls promptly in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Take messages for departments and follow up on concerns from Residents.
- Assist residents by providing information, requesting services, and making appropriate referrals.
- Complete administrative tasks including incident logs, filing, preparing mailings, delivering mail, etc.
- Handle customer complaints regarding breakdown issues such as MEP, Civil, Security, Cleaning, ELV
Systems, Porterage, etc.
- Record tenant and system fault requests on the Concept Evolution CAFM system accurately.
- Provide compliance and non-compliance status updates via the CAFM system on FM Contractors'
performance on a daily/weekly/monthly and as required basis.
- Ability to deal with different nationalities and very good communication skills.
-Responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office and making sure that everything
runs smoothly.
-Coordinating office procedures. Managing related legislative, regulatory, and compliance issues.
-Proficient computer skills in MS Office preferred or other related word processing or spreadsheet
programs.
