I am currently working for Emirates Airline as senior mechanic and have joined the company since 2007, 

Working on B777s, A330s, A340s and A380s. ➢ Carrying out dis assembly of wheels and brake according to CMM. ➢ Carrying out Assembly of wheels. ➢ Carrying out paint stripping of wheels and brakes using sand blasting. ➢ Repairing of wheels and brakes for corrosion removal and deep pitting. ➢ Using approved chemicals to clean and repair components. ➢ Identifying all parts through their respective part numbers. ➢ Carrying out basic support servicing on component replacements aircraft parts as instructed and supervised by the Licensed Engineers. ➢ Inspecting all requirements before using those to ensure that they are fully operational and inform supervisor on duty of any faults to the workshops in order that faults can be repaired. ➢ Ensuring the maintenance of tools, equipment and systems (including Ultramain) in the relevant work place. ➢ Maintaining ensuring the safety of self and others by taking safety precautions at all times, continuously monitoring the working area and taking corrective action to keep it clean and obstruction free to avoid any accidents. ➢ Assisting senior Mechanics and Engineers in activities such as wheels & brakes servicing, nitrogen recharging etc as required in order to provide essential support for the department operational activities. ➢ Assisting Senior Mechanic and Engineers for snag rectification and component change using special tools in order to make the aircraft fully operational to avoid delays in departures. 

Working in state of the art Emirates Engineering workshop and have experience of 16+ years.
