Myself Muhammad Nasir khan , an experienced Food technologist, Lead Auditor and Quality & Food Safety professional having 15+ years experience in Confectionary, Baking Emulsified Condiments (Mayonnaise/Dressing/sauces),Honey, Chocolates & Analogue Cheese manufacturing industries.

I started my career in 2009 & have worked & Lead all domains of Quality including receiving material & Lab Management, In Process Operations , Validations/Verification of New Product/Machines, Supplier Development, Internal External Audits along with Commercial quality (retail, warehouse & distributor). My successful achievements include SAP QM Module implementation as power user, BRC Implementation with AA grade, Cost Saving Projects, Supplier development & optimization & Sales return reduction. In my last assignment I have worked as Senior Manager QA in largest FMCG of Pakistan & right now in UAE in search of suitable opportunity where my career can excel & flourish utilizing all my Experience & Skills which I have learned & practiced in my professional career.

I have started my Professional career in 2009 after joining leading FMCG as process QA officer in 2009 in Confectionary section , later I became Incharge/QA Executive in 2011. In 2012 Lab incoming material responsibilities added to become Assistant Manager & than in 2015 promoted to Deputy Manager in 2016 when Audits & compliance scope added. In 2016 I became Manager QA when Baking Section responsibilities also added & I continued till 2021 end. In start of 2022 I Joined Youngs Private Limited Leading Manufacturer of Mayonnaise, Sauces, Chocolate, honey & cheese & continued as Senior Manager QA till January 2025. I have oversaw all QA/QC Operations from receiving, In process, Validation & Verification of New product, process & machines, Internal /External Audits, Supplier Audits & commercial Quality(Retail, Warehouses & distributors)

I have completed my Bachelors in Food Science & technology in 2009 from university of Karachi & have also done post graduate diploma in 2011 in same field. Other than this I am Lead auditor of FSSC:2010, OHSAS (ISO 45001:2018) & EMS (ISO 14001:2015) & have also done dozen of other certification courses including Sensory Panel Calibration, Growth mindset, Written & Verbal communication skills, Leadership Skills, Hiring right Talent are some of them
