Professionally, I have more than 14 years miscellaneous experience of teaching and administration in different educational institutions. I like to enlighten that I have taught multiple courses at graduate and postgraduate level. Some of my personal qualities include excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills along with the ability to look at things in a logical manner. My personal abilities also include paying close attention to detail, managing time wisely and having excellent organizational skills. I have team oriented and get along well with co-workers and have the ability to work efficiently and effectively with other staff members.  I acquired a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership & Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia as international degree. Previously, I have completed Master of Philosophy in Education, Leadership and Management from Superior University, Pakistan. It was two years degree program recognized by HEC Pakistan and I got Gold Medal. I have published my research articles in national HEC recognized and international Scopus journals. Moreover, I have participated in national and international research conferences. Additionally, I have proficiency in computing multiple software’s for research data analysis like as; Statistical Package for Social Sciences [SPSS] and Smart Partial Least Square [PLS-SEM].
