Undertaking operations pertaining to equipment selection, procurement, installation and testing & commissioning and complete mechanical works of:

1.HVAC & BMS: Chillers, FCUs, AHUs, VAVs, Smoke extract fans, Duct Heaters, Humidifiers, Staircase

pressurization fans, Make up air fans, Air Cleaning Units, DX-Split units, CCUs, Package units, Underground chilled water systems and Chilled water Pumps and Chilled Water dosing units.

 2.Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting & SNG System: Sanitary ware, UV Filter, Grease trap, Sump pump, water supply pumps, Water heaters, Calorifier, Water supply tanks, Sanitary tanks with level monitoring, Clay interceptor, Underground piping, Sewage and drainage manholes, fire pumps (Jockey, electrical & diesel), Pre action system, FHRC systems, Foam system, FM 200, sprinkler system and SNG systems.

3.Checking the construction drawings and bill of quantities and project specifications; preparing material submittals for getting consultant approval.

4. Placing the order of major equipment’s like AHUs, CHILLERs, FCUs and Pumps which is compatible to project specifications; reviewing shop drawings and as-built drawings before submitting to consultant

5.Engaged in installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and drainage systems; undertaking allocation of man and quality material for site work.

6.Attending the meetings with the suppliers, main/sub-contractors, consultant and client issuing material submittals, IR (Inspection Request), RFI (Request For Information), WIR (Work Inspection Request)

7. Conducting site visits/ inspections and preparing snag reports, ensuring rectifications or amendments in the work done by the contractor.

8. Testing and commissioning of mechanical works; preparing operations and maintenance manuals (O & M manual) for Mechanical Equipment and services.

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from NSS College of Engineering
