Supports the team in excellent air product performance in profitability, processes, efficiencies, quality, and
customer satisfaction
 Coordinates the pricing and strategic business development coordination for global and key accounts (tender
management support)
 Supports and works with inside sales and outside sales teams to achieve competitive rates to gain business
 Assures Air product goals/targets, guidelines, and commitments are met and followed within the USA region.
 Provide sales guidance and training in the Air product when needed.

Provides Network pricing to overseas agents and own offices with the best and most aggressive rates.
Negotiates rates with airlines/vendors/partners.
 Assists with Tenders/RFQs.
 Sourcing rates from overseas agents for import/cross trade/DAP/DDP.

Bachelor in Science (PHYSICS)(Mumbai university – IN)
Diploma in International Airlines and Travel Management from I.I.T.C. Mumbai, India.
