 Experience in 3D modeling of Instrument equipment like Process instrument, Fire and gas 
instrument, Junction boxes, Junction box frames and Control room cabinets. 
 Modeling of Cable tray and Support, Trench, Duct bank and Transits. 
 Experience in 2D deliverables like Instrument and Junction box location layout, Fire and 
gas and junction box location layout, Cable tray and trench routing layout, Control room 
equipment layout, Telecom equipment location layout, False floor racking layout. 
 Experience in SPI Wiring, Cable Schedule, Junction box schedule, Junction box frame 
schedule, Air manifold schedule, Cable tray routing schedule. 
 Experience in Pneumatic and process hook-up diagram, Junction box wiring diagram, 
Cable schedule, Tray sizing and MCT sizing (Roxtec). 
 Experience in Instrument cable block diagram and Telecom system block diagram. 
 Experience in Control loop logics and Interlock logics, Dimensional Data for Piping (DDP) 
and Junction box wiring diagram. 
 Preparation of DCS I/O list, Instrument list, MTO for Cable Tray and accessories, 
Instrument Fittings, Cable and accessories. 
 Preparation of Civil input like Cutout and Wall opening drawing, insert plate drawing, Gland 
plate detail drawing and Baseframe arrangement drawing.

Experience in handling the design deliverables for various system like Stickbuilt, Process 
area, Pipe racks. 
 Project Experience in Plant Design Management System (PDMS), Smart Plant 3D (SP3D), 
Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI), Plant Design System (PDS), Smart Plant Review 
(SPR), AutoCAD, MicroStation, Smart Sketch 2D and Roxtec in Instrumentation 
design field. 
 Experience in percentage filling calculation for cable tray 
 Preparation of Interclash report, Weight report, Transit report. 
 Interacting with other discipline and participating Client and Internal model review. 
 Inter discipline co-ordination and review the squad check documents. 
 Highly adapted with a positive working attitude and can work with minimum supervision and 
with good organizational skills.
